FLUX aims to keep its published website content accurate and clear. This policy explains how we review and correct possible content errors.
Product service, warranty, privacy, intellectual property, and legal requests follow their respective processes.
Reporting an issue
Please include the page URL, the information you believe is incorrect, and any source or evidence that may help us review it.
Review
The relevant content, product, technical, compliance, or support team will assess the report using the information available. We may contact the reporter for clarification. A submitted request does not automatically result in a change.
How we make corrections
- A material factual error that could affect a reader’s understanding, purchase, or use decision will be corrected. When useful, we will add a note describing the correction and its date.
- Typographical, grammatical, formatting, or link fixes that do not change the meaning may be made without a correction note.
- New information or a change in circumstances may be treated as an update rather than a correction.
- An updated date is changed only when the page receives a meaningful revision.
- Where the same material error affects translated content, we will update the relevant language versions as reasonably practicable.
Priorities and timing
Reports are prioritized according to potential harm, safety implications, reach, and the complexity of verification. We do not promise a fixed completion time, but confirmed high-impact issues receive priority.
Differences of opinion or preference are not necessarily factual errors. Requests involving removal, privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights are handled through the appropriate contact process.
