It allows me to create art using a material/technique that is usually reserved for bigger commercial businesses. There's a lot more freedom and independence in having a nifty laser that fits in the corner of my home-based workshop.

The delicately engraved lines are filled with pastel colours, creating the illusion of embroidered lines found in needlework.”
